Running Vista Business with SP1 RC? Build 6001, upgrade to Ultimate

I am running the above OS and I want to upgrade to Vista Ultimate. Should I de-install the SP1 RC? Build 6001 before I install the upgrade. Swedish version by the way. Does the upgrade fully replace the Business version? Could I change language to English? Thanks in advance. Arne.
