R2 - new operating system or upgrade

Hi, I know that Windows Server 2008 R2 is coming this year (I also wrote few posts on my blog about that), but I would like to know, is there going to be "normal" Windows server 2008 to WS2k8 R2 upgrade? Or is it going to be like a new operating system? Regards, Ilija
