IE is not available and so the website Windows Update isn't either. The Auto Update feature works, wich uses http too.

You can see here that there is not an "add/remove Windows Components" option. Applications published by Group Policy or SMS will show up here.

Here are the "winver" and "my computer" properties screens. Also you can see how http:// is not available and even "ping" is missing
