That is something I just found today... but it makes no sense... to start a dosprompt in a dosprompt... Win & R - cmd (enter), then cmd (enter) - you will see, you have a dosbox inside the dosbox... somehow. Is that a bug or a feature... and if a feature: What is it good for?
