Just in case this was posted before... I'll post it again.
Hopefully this will help those who are running into outdated Help files after upgrading to SP1.
From the KB article:
The MSU package for "Update for Help Files" will be released through the Microsoft Download Center. Additionally, the same updates will be released through Windows Update for all languages. However, the "Update for Help Files" packages are built under the same Microsoft Knowledge Base article number, KB 937286. Therefore, if a system has more than one language installed and also has the corresponding "Update for Help Files" packages installed, Windows Vista Software Explorer displays multiple entries of KB 937286. Additionally, the title of the package will not display the language of the package.
To boil it down..... just go to (local disk drive) Windows\Help\Windows\en-US. (or other in case of a different language) If the majority of files are dated from 2006, they are old. If the majority are dated 2008, they are updated. What's kinda strange, is that MS said they did this to avoid a huge SP1 download of the stand alone package,.... these file sizes here are less than 25MB.
