Choosing multiple files and folders has been possible in Windows for as long as I can remember. Hold the CTRL key and choose the files and/or folders. Pretty simple, but there has to be an easier way right?

What's wrong with these people? The remove all the check boxes in WL Mail to make it PC application like. And then they decide to add check boxes for multiple file selection in Windows Vista (AND the Vista UI in it's current state is UGLY - with or without Aero).
