Type "Winver".   Windows Server 2008 RTM  _IS_  Windows Server 2008 w/SP1.    The code base of Vista SP1 and W2K8 RTM are the same, so the next Service Pack is SP2.

As johlos sais, Server 2008 RTM already incorporated SP1 at launch.

Vista/WS08 are the first MS products to maintain an in sync kernel codebase, previous releases have seen the products fork at the point where the product is released and development continues for the next release, like with XP/WS03. This means that hotfixes etc will be for both Vista/08 where the code is shared and not have individual hotfix releases.
