Here are some screenshots of the real thing.
Real thing? Yes Vista RTM is build 6000.16386.061101-2205, the shots you saw in the online press yesterday were provided by MS: Pressbuild: 6000.16385.061030-1720.

No difference in the screenshots of course, I just want you to see the real thing. [8-|]

RTM Desktop

This shot was taken from a IBM ThinkPad R60, my customers laptop brand

Like it? DIGG IT

Want a specific shot? let me know [:)] and recheck galery since request shots are added.

Hey well IP address does not proof anything, show us more proof.

6000.16386.061101-2205 is the golden build

No Autohide in sidebar ,but allways on top option.

UAC and logoff still flash, depends how busy your system is, sometimes it fades in and out very smoothly, sometimes flashes.

NO BOOTSCREEN, I hope this can be done though, like OEM's putting their brand in it. I have to check OEM deployment stuff on that.

Might one ask if you could go into dxdiag and post the version of video driver you got with it? :P

I'm very curious for any updates of any kind, ATi or nVidia - dosen't matter.

  1. What's so great about a stinking screenshot? Kind of like virtual sex--not nearly like the real thing! If Microsoft's so sure about their anti-piracy, why not let people download Vista and try it for the 30 days? Everyone else does, and they're even doing it with Office 2007.

So they did change the non-glass aero max\min\close button to match the aero glass?  Thank God.  The half buttons made it look so odd.
