I have implemented Microsoft's SPAM filer IMF (Intelligent Message Filter) for Exchange 2003 at a many customers now, but IMF is missing a major feature in my pinion:whitelisting.Daily the same false positives (legitimate email blocked as spam) have to be resubmitted out of the spam archive, a whitelist feature could solve this, like: allways trust NewsletterX@company.com. Fourtunatly I'm not the only one with this issue and I found a tool that provides a solution for this and more! The tool integrates smoothly in the Exchange System Manager. Though IMF is free, this tool is 249 for a single license (SMTP connector)
