The latest update, is now available for download. Both the web release, and the redist package.
The link points to the install-from-the-web version. Not the "redistribution" edition which is still stuck in February 2007.

So, are there any changes actually made? I don't update DX when these come out, so I'm wondering if they fix things or not?

The web link page has the redist package links near the bottom, always have!
