There is a new WGA tool published on Microsoft/Windows Update:

Windows Genuine Advantage Notification (KB905474)
Download size: 1.2 MB , less than 1 minute
The Windows Genuine Advantage Notification tool notifies you if your copy of Windows is not genuine. If your system is found to be a non-genuine, the tool will help you obtain a licensed copy of Windows.  Details...

Afterwords it comes with a wizard, you need to accept an EULA, then it comes with the the finish button and a option to show you the benefit of genuine software, with a link to:

Dutch version has a more funny approach of anti-piracy:



It says: "Show me some advantages of using illegal software when I click finish"
