OK yesterday I reported how cool the Exchange 12 demo was, here is parts of the demo.

1st part is a Video. The presenter calls the Exchange server and asks to be put through to his own deskphone in the office. He is obviously not there, so he Exchange asks to leave a Voicemail. He speaks to the voicemail. On the screen you see the voicemail appearing in his inbox. Then my photocamera storage was full [:(] He demoed OWA 12 that he could play the voicemail (attachment) without opening the email first.

2nd part, is an audio recording since my camera was unfourtunatly full. I used OneNote 2003 to record the sound. I've spent 20 minutes figuring out how I could extract that audio file somehow from the OneNote document, the I found the audio file itself in the Notebook folder where OneNote stores its data. [:$]

This Demo was very cool, the presenter calls the Exchange server again and asks access to his mailbox, then Calender. Then he says he is gonna be 10 to 15 minutes late for his next meeting. Exchange sends updates to the participants! When you hear applauding and me saying "Holy sh1t!" that is the moment you see the changes appearing in his Outlook.
