Nothing yet on the Microsoft site, but IE7's final build was released by Yahoo.  It does install the Yahoo extras, but if you do not use them or wish to have them intergrated into IE7, you can use a program like WinRAR to extract the files from the downloaded exe file.  If you have WinRAR installed, just right click the exe file, go to Extract Files and choose a temp folder of your choice.  Then, just run the IE7-Setup.exe file.  It will remove any previous versions requiring a restart to finish the installation.

Credit goes to NividiaFreak from the Guru3D site for posting his links.

Internet Explorer 7 version 7.0.5730.11

EDIT:

Microsoft has released the final builds for the following operating systems:

Windows XP SP2
Windows 2003 and 2003 SP1 32bit
Windows 2003 64bit
Windows XP and 2003 64bit Server Editions

Thanks to Neowin for keeping us all up to date!!!

Got it installed! [:D]

Opened ie7setup_mail.exe in PowerArchiver and extracted IE7-Setup.exe.  It was nice enough to uninstall my previous installation of IE7 for me, reboot, install 7.0.5730.11 and reboot.

It's so nice to have a final build.
