Frank Koch Technology Advisor Microsoft Schweiz, did release an English version of the PowerShell book he released in German some time ago.

The book is available for free and you can share it with all your colleagues or friends if you leave it as it is. The books can be used with or without the demo files available at his blog as well.

However you have to logon to your Windows live account. The site came up in German, specifically Microsoft Schweiz.
