A dutch consumer TV show "KASSA!" demonstrated how easy it is to download legal music without paying for it. Just by filling in a existing bank account (not your own) you get music credits and download songs.
MSN makes use of a third party payment service FirstGate, like other Dutch Music sites do: Chello.nl and download.nl.
When signing up with a bankaccount you get a PIN code sent seperatly, but you can choose to continue without waiting for the PIN code.

If I understand what was posted, some TV show has just told its viewers how to commit fraud.  They are encourageing their viewers to sign up with someone else's bank account, and then using that to download the music.

This goes beyond theft and is now fraud.  It's not really that much different than signing onto a service like this with someone else's credit card.
