My server (2003 sp2, all updates) gets a bsod aften, with these error info:

Error code 000000d1, parameter1 00008eee, parameter2 d0000002, parameter3 00000001, parameter4 b99b9747.

Last week we replaced the memory and the NIC of the server, still no result. After searching for some time still nog info found, does somebody have any ideas?

I'm getting desperate..
