    Disappearing taskbar

    Anyone know a way to get back my windows listing on the taskbar (Windows XP)? The taskbar itself still exists, but only the Quick Launch toolbar exists, the window list is gone. This is very annoying since I have to Alt-Tab now.

    I am not sure I completely understand what you mean... but I will try to help. Right click on the taskbar and unselect Lock Taskbar. If there are vertical bars play around with them a little to make sure you didn't just move them over too far one way or another. If this is not the problem please be more specific.

    Basically, my taskbar has nothing on it, if I turn off all the toolbars - the thing shrinks away into nothing - imagine the line that you pull to resize the task bar. That is all that is left when I turn off all toolbars, and I can't pull it up.

    Can you vouch for the safety of the script? I had a look and can't find anything suspicious, but just in case...

     i just download xp_taskbar_desktop_fixall file on my desktop?

    now what should i do ? just run it and it will fix my pc?

    please xplain in brief please..
